Why do I see red dash border around links in Chrome?

It could be an output of an extension that you installed recently. Most probably it is an SEO extension that is highlighting “nofollow” links. Right-Click on the link and select “Inspect Element” and check the properties of the HTML. You might find the source of those red dashes around links in Chrome.
